The recruitment policy will focus on:The recruitment will mostly be done to hire indian workers who will work for less amount and will focus primarily on the ragi ball veg segment i.e. Ragi ball with dry fruits and ragi ball plain. Hiring Local dubai residents who will focus on mainly ragiball mixed with Non-Veg segment.

People with work experience will be an added advantage mainly in Non-veg segment since compnaies like Al-hazeer,Al-kabeer,Al-jazeer have state of the art facilities and technology in the food manufacturing segment.special preferrence is given to them so that they can bring with experience their technical expertise into our ragi business as well.
