In the eastern India, the Bengali and Assamese styles of cooking are noticeable. The staple food of Bengalis is the yummy combination of rice and fish. Usually the Bengalis love eating varieties of fishes. A special way of preparing the delicacy known as 'Hilsa' is by wrapping it in the pumpkin leaf and then cooking it. Another unusual ingredient that is commonly used in the Bengali cooking is the 'Bamboo Shoot'. Various sweets prepared in this region, by using milk include the 'Roshogollas', 'Sandesh', 'Cham-cham' and many more.

In the southern India, the states make great use of spices, fishes and coconuts, as most of them have coastal kitchens. In the foods of Tamil Nadu use of tamarind is frequently made in order to impart sourness to the dishes. It simply distinguishes the Tamil Food from other cuisines.

The cooking style of Andhra Pradesh is supposed to make excessive use of chilies, which is obviously to improve the taste of the dishes.
In Kerala, some of the delicious dishes are thelamb stew and appams, Malabar fried prawns, Idlis, Dosas, fish molie and rice puttu. Another famous item of this region is the sweetened coconut milk. Yet another dish is Puttu, which is glutinous rice powder steamed like a pudding in a bamboo shoot.

The big ben

Chinese culture
Chinese culture is one of the world's oldest

cultures. The area in which the culture is dominant covers a large geographical region in eastern Asia with customs and traditions varying greatly between provinces, cities, and even towns. Important components of Chinese culture include literature , music , visual arts, martial arts, cuisine, etc.

Regional

The ancient written standard was Classical Chinese was used for thousands of years, but was mostly reserved for scholars and intellectuals which forms the "top" class of the society called "shi da fu (".

By the 20th century, millions of citizens, especially those

outside of the "shi da fu" social class were still illiterate

Only after the May 4th Movement did the push for written vernacular Chinese begin.

Shi da fu

This allowed common citizens to read since it was modeled after the linguistics and phonology of the standard spoken language.

Mythology and spirituality

Many of the stories have since evolved into traditional Chinese holidays.

Cross culture
We interviewed some foreigners about their views of culture in their country. The first person we interviewed is a handsome American boy. He said the most important festival in their country is Christmas just like the spring festival in our country-china. During Christmas he and his family will gathered together at home and have a nice feast. Thats sounds really warm. I spent my last Christmas in Canada with my mum. And we went to the Christianize church . The father told us the story about the Jesus and we sang many songs about Christmas I am really intoxicated in this warm atmosphere and this memorable Christmas have a big impression on me and let me know how western people spend Christmas.

The third we have interviewed is a Japanese, whose name is Ento. For her view, she thinks that the kabuki and ukiyoe are the two main part of her countrys culture. Also, she thinks that animation is the main part of culture that influences her most as it has taught her a lot and has accompany her through the childhood. Japan has its own traditional clothes, wafuku, which they usually wear them during holidays, especially in New Years day, which is the most important festival. Throughout the whole Japanese history, most of the Japanese considered Mejia era as the most glorious time. And they tried to keep the culture heritage in the safe place. In addition, there seems to have clearly culture difference between Japan and other countries. Such as the the different language Japanese ,and the taste of their food is quite unique. According to Entos opinion, she thinks that communication is the main bridge to overcome such problems. Actually, according to my own opinion, I m really in favor of her opinion. And I think theres no barriers for people in different countries to become good friends. Be honest and treat people unfriendly is the best way for it despite of the cultural difference.

Finally we interviewed our friend and we discuss the problem of the disappearance of our traditional culture. Nowadays the traditional culture including historical buildings and customs is disappearing. And in our point of view, as a Chinese people, we should have the responsibility to protect the heritage left from our ancestor. And cant let these disappeared. We discussed some measures for protecting our countrys traditional culture. We can disseminate the importance of our culture to the public. We will do our best effort to protect the national heritage.

How could people protect cultural

heritage
Nowadays our world is developing dramatically and some historical things is disappearing and as an human being we should have the responsibility to protect our countrys cultural heritage which left from our ancestor. In my opinion, the best way to preserve our cultural heritage, wharever it may be, is to share it with others. Sharing your cultural heritage helps to enrich the lives of others through the gift of discovering diversity.

First, we can teach our offspring to practice the traditions and beliefs of our ancestors and tell them continue to pass it on to future generations. Teach them to be proud of their roots. Second, we can also donate in associations that fund workshops and museums that help to educate others about our cultural heritage. These organizations will be around for many years to come and are probably one of the best ways to educate others about the history of our ancestors.

The importance of preserving our own cultural heritage escalates with each passing decade. As time go on and people move from one country to the next or become to busy to reflect on their roots, the more it is at risk for endangerment. It is our responsibility to keep world history intact for tomorrows children so that they may have the same opportunities to learn about the past and their own roots as we have. At a time when we are all striving to be one people and minimize our differences from each other for the sake of unity, we also need to understand the cultural heritage of other people and help each other celebrate our own uniqueness.

How can people deal with cultural conflict between 2 countries?

In order to deal with cultural conflict between 2countris our group has consider some small tips. First, try to find some information about the country and culture you are going to it can help you not to make a scene. Second, we can ask local residents with extensive experience how they would have handled the situation and what it means in the host culture .

how culture will change in the next 50 years?

In my opinion, if human dont pay attention on their countrys culture. In the next 50 years, I predict that these traditional culture will almost extinct. For instance the Indian food, the living standard of people is increasing, more and more people have the ability to enjoy their life and less and less people is able to do the authentic Indian food . So no more than 100 years the recipe of it will be lost.

Chinese and Japanese culture

Compare with the Chinese culture to Japanese ones, its easy to find out that although two countries have almost 60% of cultures are related and similar , but even the similar ones have different explanation and beliefs in each country. Through the history, actually most of the ancient Japanese culture was influenced by the Chinese culture in Tang dynasty. During that period, Japan had sent many people to Tang to learn Tangs literature, construction, arts and food. Thats why Chinese poems, traditional clothes are seem very similar to Japans, according to Ento, a Japanese whom Ive interviewed. It is actually the world for communication and is also the epoch for combination. However, we two countries are only similar in some areas but are completely different in both nations spirit or believe.

Such as dancing. As most of Japanese culture are affected by Tang dynastys culture, the popular dance during that time was like girls wearing traditional Chinese clothes and to dance with the melody, it was usually performed to royal families or celebrities. There were plenty of beautiful poems which have recorded those fantastic images and those dance were commonly elegant and generous as the dance is relatively free and have big movements. For the Japanese traditional dance, kabuki it is highly likely to Tangs dances but its movement is not as big as Tangs. The word to describe this must be containing. However, this has passed through centuries and its easy for us to see this in Japan now while its pity for us to have no opportunities to see Chinese one by our own eyes and not just in imagination. Its really necessary for Chinese to think about this question, why it seems other countries can protect and transport our culture better than we do. Also, the importance of comparison and combination should also be focused on.
