ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I-IV


Master s degree + 3 years in service + VS TER in 2 years Baccalaureate degree + 5 years in service + intensive training at least 10 months + involvement in university activity + presentation of paper and published + co-authorship at least 1 research paper in published to technical journal

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR I-IV

Doctorate degree + 3 years in service + VS TER in 2 years + Assistant Professor in 2 years

Master s degree + 3 years in service + VS TER in 2 years + Completion of research paper + Presentation of research paper at least 2 + 1 published research paper + involvement in extension services + international and national awards + special contribution like book for advancement.

FULL PROFESSOR I-VI

Doctorate degree + 5 years in service + VS TER in 2 years + Associate Professor in 2 years + Sole authorship (1) or coauthorship (2). Doctorate degree + 7 years in service + VS TER 2 years + Associate Prof 2 years. Master s degree + 10 years in service + VS TER in 2 years +5 years Associate Prof + Completion of research paper + Presentation of research paper at least 2 + 1 published research paper + involvement in extension services + international and national awards + special contribution like book for advancement.

Doctorate degree + 5 years in service + Full Professor in 2 years + 7 research presentations + 5 research projects as principal researcher + 3 books sole authorship or 6 co-authorship

Doctorate degree +15 years in service + Research Professor in 3 years + 7 books (>85% quality) + 12 research as principal author + at least attended 12 international researchers

Retired professor not more 70 years old + whose services and expertise are still very much needed by a unit/college as recommended by the College Council + 15 years teaching experience + brought honor to the university + extensive experience in research + physically and mentally fit

Permanent Status is given only to:

Doctorate degree holder + 2 years in service + Very Satisfactory TER


Master s degree holder + 3 years in service + Very Satisfactory TER

Non-master s degree holder + 5 years in service + Very Satisfactory TER + Top 20 in the board exam or 1 published research or Invented a device/tool patented.
