Sharepoint needs to be re-created from scratch by HumanData an external consultancy firm People needs training and might have difficulty in learning new work processes (e.g. Sharepoint only) Backup is guaranteed for 3 months, but yearly offline backups might need costly external solutions New unproven outsourcing provider; might not be able to provide good enough support, quality of service etc
