You start a Siebel application in a Web browser by entering the applications URL Log in using assigned username and password

Freeze columns by double-clicking column headers within list applets

Drag and drop columns in and out of the frozen area

Double-click to freeze

Scrolling horizontally leaves frozen columns in place
