Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of FULL PAYMENT. Kindly issue a crossed cheque or a DD in favor of SNS GLITTERATI. Failure to realize amount shall result in forfeiture of desired stall/location. The Payment amount will have to include 12.36% service tax, chargeable over and above the stall rate. The exhibitor will not be allowed to participate in any other show, 60 days prior to the final date of SNS GLITTERATI. A breach in this will enable us to cancel your stall without refunding. Booking of Stalls & location confirmation shall be on a first come first served basis. A Stall once allocated shall not be transferable, nor shall any refund be provided on withdrawal by participant. If due to any medical reason a participant is unable to participate a 50% refund shall be given on provision of medical certificate. Participants will have to pay separate rent for the required stands/ mannequins/hangers/jewelry glass top tables as indicated in the form directly to the concerned party on the day of the show. Exhibition Timing will be 10.30 a.m. To 8.30 p.m.

Participants shall have the liberty to set up their stalls from 8 am onwards, on 11 Feb. 2013
Participants shall be solely responsible for the safety of their goods. We will not be responsible for any mishap/damage/theft. Participants will be allowed to send goods at the one only one evening prior to the commencment of the show and they would be solely responsible for their own goods Any damage/loss to the rented furniture i.e. glass tables, stands, hanger etc will be carry(charged) a penalty as per actual cost of damage/loss The management reserves the right to cancel the stall booking at any point of time, before or during the event, by refunding the money received, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event the stall is cancelled owing to misbehavior/delay in payment/disruption of/by the participant, no refund shall be provided to the participant. Goods / material / objects that are hazardous, inflammable, banned, illegal, forbidden or deemed inappropriate by the organizers will not be allowed at the venue. If the event is cancelled due to riots, strike, rain, floods, earthquake or any man-made or natural disaster no refund will be made. If possible to do so, the event will be continued on another day. If the event cannot be conducted for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the amount so paid by the participants shall be refunded except the security deposit so paid as per condition 1 above. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE CAN WE TRANSFER THE STALL MONEY FOR ANY OTHER SHOW. A penalty of Rs.3,000.00 will be imposed on participants who encroach upon / exceed the parameters of their allotted space. GLITTERATI shall promote the event with required publicity. However we do not guarantee any sales. All Participants will strictly abide by the terms & conditions prescribed herein.

Please note If payment is not done on first day, the accessories would be taken back by the vendor.(please note the following are rates for 2 days) Rates for additional accessories will be sent out before 2 months of the exhibit dates.
