FUTURE TENSE

WILL / SHALL

FORM: We use will with all persons(I,You,He,She,etc)

We can also use shall instead of will with I and we eg: I / We shall work. In everyday speech, we normally use the contructions Ill and well

The negative of shall is shall not(shant)

USE :
1)We can use will to
predict the future.

Tomorrow will be rainy in all parts of the country.

 In

the future, robots will help people in everyday life.

 Who

do you think will win the football match tomorrow?

When we predict the future, we often use will with the following verbs and expressions. I expect theyll be think here at around 10 expect oclock tomorrow believe morning. be sure Im sure youll be afraid enjoy the film. hope Martin will probably phone us probably this evening. perhaps Perhaps Ill see you certainly tomorrow.

2) We also use will when we decide to do something at the moment of speaking.

A: Would you like something to drink? B: Thank you. Ill have some orange juice.

A: There is someone at the door? B: Is there? Oh, Ill see who it is.

A: Im going out shopping. B: Oh, are you? Ill come with you then. I need to get things for myself.
