First Phase: This phase covers the development of the initial concept or design idea through its approval by the customer and full review/risk analysis by the development and production teams.

Second Phase: It covers the process following acceptance of the first prototype sample and includes the functions of sourcing and ordering component, testing the product and carry out trails once the finalized sample specifications has been drawn up,

the third and final phase commences. Third Phase: The phase includes a range of activities that are carried out before large scale or bulk production capacity outside the home producer/developers wherever this is applicable

Pre-Proto type Every thing for first time to give Visual look with all available substitute material , For each prototype with defined sketches, block reference, grade rules, construction and measurement details to create accurate prototype and generate accurate cost. This will be for factory internal purpose in sampling department to check for FIT evaluation , measurement, construction , sewing operation, (Analyzed by QA , Technician or Garment technologist , Pattern master)

Prototype samples or First Proto First sample for buyer as per tech pack requirement with available substitute / nearest material along with Pattern Tracing Internal QA review or audit report. Buyer original sample & Basic Pattern (Slopers /template) if any received from Buyer. & cost sheet.

If the garment measures properly as per the size spec, but does NOT properly fit, the designer will most likely alter the spec measurements to compensate. They will then issue a revised spec file to the factory. The manufacturer will then produce another set of fit samples, and the review process will begin again. After the designers are happy with the fit, they will approve the factory to proceed to pre-production samples.
