Locally and globally, we work with many network and cooperation partners, such as: LGT Venture Philanthropy is supported by different competence centers within LGT Group such as legal department, HR, accounting, marketing and asset management. Since 2007, LGT VP has evaluated more than 5000 opportunities in 6 regions, but only invested in 26 Young organizations struggle to scale-up due to lack of clear plans / strategies, unproven business models, and weak / inexperienced management teams Incubators / contests exist, but management know-how / experience to support impact-first companies is limited Angel investor networks for social enterprises are not yet functioning well in many regions Willing mentors / angel investors have difficulty identifying right targets High quality deal pipeline for impact investors still weak in many regions
