John Grinder and Richard Bandler in the early seventies (1972) found out that the human beings have enormeous difficulties to communicate.
A person always communicates. We receive information through our five senses. We communicate in conscious and unconsciuos way. We give meaning according to what we understood.
Rapport is to be in the same channel with another person. A human being got to have clean and open channels to undertand the real meaning of what is said.
LANGUAGES
The human being communicates through verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal languages. of what we say, we express 55% with our body. 38% with our vioce tone. 7% with the words.

BRAIN COLORS GREEN BRAIN Way of thinking: Organized, preventive, planner. Behavior: shy, emotional, likes formulas, conservative, loyal.
BRAIN COLORS YELLOW BRAIN Way of thinking: Imaginative, intuitive, creative. Behavior: Original, humorous, likes the risk, futuristic, independent.
BRAIN COLORS RED BRAIN Way of thinking: Spiritual, idealistic. Behavior: Talkative, spontaneous, sentimental, outgoing, sociable.
