Worker
means a persons employed directly or by through any agency including a contractor. With or without the knowledge of the employer. Whether for remuneration or not In any manufacturing process. In cleaning any part of the machinery or premises used for manufacturing process.
Factory means where: (1)where ten or more workers are employed and manufacturing process is being carried on with the aid of power.

Where twenty or more workers are employed and a manufacturing process is being carried on without the aid of power.
