A RIGHT IS AN ENTITLEMENT THAT LOCATES THE PARTICULAR CONCERNS, NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF CERTAIN CLASS(ES) OF INDIVIDUALS AGAINST A SET OF OBJECTIVE STANDARDS SUCH THAT NEEDS AND INTERESTS CAN BE CLAIMED AND ASSERTED IRRESPECTIVE OF AN INDIVIDUALS, A COMMUNITYS OR A GOVERNMENTS VIEWS ON THE ISSUES AROUND THEM.

CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO HEALTH


Directly, Health right is not a Fundamental Right under the constitution of India But Article 21 says that No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty, except according to the procedure established by Law. Directive Principles of state Policy specially Articles 41, 42 and 47 also deals with Health Right.
