How to Apply
TYPES OF CANDIDATES: There are a set of candidates who have already registered for Campus Commune. The second set of candidates who are New Candidates and have not registered at all. Registered candidates need to login to the NextStep portal using their CT Reference IDs and passwords and click on "Apply for Drive". Candidates who are yet to register need to first complete the registration process on NextStep portal to get their CT Reference ID. Candidates need to then login to the portal using their CT Reference IDs and passwords and click on "Apply for Drive".
Please note in case you are registered but have forgotten your ct ref no. & Password, you need not apply again as a new candidate. If you do, it will result in duplication of your profile, hence you may not be able to appear for the TCS process. For queries related to CT No. & Password connect with your TPO, who will chanelize the same to the TCS team.
How to Apply
As soon as a drive would be created for the Institute, Qualification Category and Year of Passing
that the candidate had registered with, an Apply tab would appear in Apply for Drive menu in candidates profile in NextStep. The TPO will receive a mail with the drive details. Also, these candidates will receive automated mails with instructions to apply for drive in NextStep.
Candidates login with their CT Reference IDs and Passwords in NextStep and click on Apply tab.
On clicking on Apply tab, candidates would be redirected to the Registration Form page wherein they would be mandatorily asked to validate the details and update the form with latest details.
On successful submission, candidates would be considered as applied for drive and the Apply tab would be removed from their profile.

How to Apply
New Candidates As soon as a drive would be created for candidates of a particular Institute, Qualification Category and Year of Passing, the TPO would receive a mail with the drive details. The TPO would then communicate the same to the Students. These students would be registering with the Institute Name and not the Drive ID. Candidates need to fill up registration and application forms Candidates would login with their CT Ref ID and Password in NextStep and click on Apply tab. On clicking on Apply tab, candidates would be redirected to the Registration Form page wherein they would be mandatorily asked to validate the details and update the form with latest details. On successful submission, candidates would be considered as applied for drive and the Apply tab would be removed from their profile.
Once the candidate submits the registration form, the following confirmation message appears.
Once the candidate has successfully applied for the drive, the screen displays the following confirmation message.
TPO Module
List of Candidates tab has been renamed as Candidates Registered Against Drive which would display the candidates who have applied for the drive. An additional tab Registered Candidates has been included to display candidates who have only registered and not applied for the drive.

Candidates who have only registered and not applied for the drive can be viewed on the screen.

TPO can search candidates whose status are Registered and send reminder mails to candidates for filling of application form.

TPO can search candidates whose status are Not Eligible and can mark them as ineligible.
