MALCOLM BALDRIDGE NATIONAL AWARD:

Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence: To identify Baldrige Award recipients that will serve as role models for other organizations. To help organizations assess their improvement efforts, diagnose their overall performance management system, and identify their strengths and opportunities for improvement. help strengthen U.S. competitiveness by improving organizational performance practices, capabilities and results.

DEMING PRICE:

Established in December 1950. Originally to reward Japanese Companies for improvement in quality improvement. Now available to non Japanese companies

CATEGORIES:

Two categories of awards are made annually, Deming Prize for Individuals and Deming Application Prize.

GOLDEN PEACOCK AWARDS :

For manufacturing & service sectors Normal Categories: a. Large Enterprises (LE) --> 251 and above Employees b. Medium Enterprises (ME) --> 51 to 250 Employees c. Small Enterprises (SE) --> up to 50 employees

Special Categories: a. Education, Training, Research and development, Testing & Inspection b. Service Sector covering Tourism, Transport, Couriers, Hotels & Hospitality, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Professional consultancies, Financial Institutions. c. Government Organisations, Undertakings & Services.
