Snow Wu Founded Great Wall China Adoption in 1996

Great Wall China Adoption, along with its sister division, Children of All Nations (CAN), is a nonprofit organization which was founded by Snow Wu in 1996. She is the President and CEO of this leading international adoption agency. GWCA and CAN are headquartered in Austin, Texas, with auxiliary offices in China, and across the continental U.S. They are dedicated to improving the lives of children by constantly approaching nations around the world to improve child adoption laws. Great Wall China Adoption helps in placing orphaned and abandoned children with forever families, and in providing humanitarian aid on a global level through community development.

Under the expert leadership of Snow Wu, GWCA has become a Hague-accredited international adoption agency, and assists the U.S. and China in making the adoption process easy and viable.
Due to her dedicated efforts and contribution, the US Congress awarded her an Angel in Adoption award. To increase adoption options, she initiated international programs which are offered in 14 countries around the world. These countries include Bulgaria, Latvia, Dominican Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Poland, Ghana, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, the Philippines, Uganda, and Ukraine. GWCA also offers families an opportunity to adopt domestically in the United States.

Great Wall China Adoption has been operating for the last 16 years, and has tremendous experience in placing children, advocating for improved legislation and international relations.

Through this experience, Great Wall China Adoption launched a sister division, Children of All Nations in 2009.
The organization has initiated many charity programs, which focuses on childrens welfare. Recognizing the need to build families through adoption, CAN helps in improving the lives of children all over the world and thus, helping to improve indigenous and rural communities.

The organization runs various donation and sponsorship programs which help families, professionals, and children by providing medical care, improving education, building infrastructure, and offering compassion towards the children who need love and affection.
Being a division of Great Wall China Adoption, Children of All Nations offers high-quality online education courses to prepare families for their international adoption. These courses meet all Hague training standards and satisfy the 10-hour training requirement for adoptive parents.
