Law- The law is the body of rules with authority to govern the actions and relations of people in an organized

political community or among states.

Law is classified mainly into secular law and divine law.

Divine law -divine law existed in a form of nature or somehow it is believed to be created by God. The Syariah law is considered as divine law.

Secular law is all the rules that created by human.

Most of the rules that govern the people and supported by state authorities are secular law. Secular law is divided into public law, international law, and private law.

Public law is the part of the legal system which deals with the state and also with relations between State and individuals in the conditions where the state has special rights or power. Public law is divided into constitutional law, industrial law, criminal law, and administrative law.

Administrative law is relating to powers functions of government organisations but not the legislative and excecutive part where how they operate in practice to govern the policy of government.

Constitutional law is the legal structure of government in state. It defines the principal organs of government and their relationship to each other and to the individual.

Criminal law relates to crimes or those action that have been declared illegal.

Sanctions are involved in order to protect the public advantages.

The accused of a criminal case is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt or found not guilty.

The sanctions may be a fine, or sentenced to probation, prison and death. The criminals in serious cases such as murder are normally be sentenced to death or being taken their freedom through jail.

International law regulates the relations between states . It is a system of implicit and explicit agreements that bind with nation states in adherence to recognize values and standards.

It is divided into public international law and private international law.

Public international law is between states and govern mutual relationship of states. It deals with the external relationship among the states.

Private international law consists of the rules that guide a judge when the law involving more than one country that affect a particular case.

Civil law which is also the private law deals with relations between ordinary individuals, and also between individuals and states.

It deals with disagreements between citizens when no crime has been committed.
Civil law is divided into contract law and law of tort.

A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more persons for a particular purpose.

It involves both parties of the offeror and the acceptor.

The most common types of contracts are the contract of sale, whereby a person acquires the ownership of property in return for payment of a certain price.

Tort is a legal term in common law jurisdictions that means a civil wrong , and can be a criminal wrong, that is recognized by law as grounds for a lawsuit.

In law of tort, to behave tortuously is to harm anothers body, property, or legal rights or to breach a duty owed under statutory law.

Tortfeasor is the one who commits a tortuous act, and the dominant action in tort is negligence, which used to protect peoples bodies and propertiy, including non tangible economic interests.
