THE BRIEF
Wibhu had just obtained a VC Funding from the US and planned to expand its scope in a big way. This meant being known in the Indian
IT scenario as leader in the area of Network security and attracting the best Indian talent to join Wibhu. After VC funding, the objective now was to create a global foot print for Wibhu offering.

THE AD
RESPONSE SCRUTINY
The press ad, which was an invitation for walks-in as well scheduled interviews, generated over 1000 relevant resumes which were classified into ratings based on criteria like experience, place of employment, projects handled and educational qualifications.
Objectives
Establish Wibhu as a technology leader Make the experience a memorable one for those selected as well as those candidates who were not suitable.
The first round of interviews were conducted at Bangalore at a well known 3 star hotel Candidates were sent interview intimations 4 days in advance Scheduled interviews and walks-in were conducted separately at the same venue simultaneously.
The candidates were received by trainee management students and seated according to their areas of expertise A presentation on Wibhu Technologies was being played continuously on a monitor.

Separate interview panels were made for every position comprising of experts from that area.
After the preliminary rounds, candidates were short listed and immediately called for a second round of interviews.
At the end of the exercise at Bangalore offer letters were given to eight candidates.
A similar exercise was conducted at Pune as well, wherein relevant candidates were scheduled for interviews.
