Free Phone is a Toll free service. It is a ideal Business promotion tool for Business communities, who want their customers to call them on free of cost. Commercially oriented Organizations can provide information about their products, allow the customers to place orders or even register their complaints/ suggestions and offer assistance to customers all without the getting user charges. FPH service numbers are access from private operators also such as Bharati / Reliance etc.

All charges are levied on the FPH number (one who subscribes to the service and receive the calls).

Minimum hire period of the service is 1month.

For same FPH service number, the subscriber can have many destination numbers.

Voice VPN
Voice VPN is a service for providing a private network for Institutions, Businesses and Communities using public network resources. Subscribers lines connected to a different switches, constitute a virtual PABX in the same cities or within SDCA or within SSA or all over India. Who have their Offices situated in different locations and need to make frequent and long duration intraorganization calls can use this service. If calls are made through VPN service you will have to pay smaller amount as compared to the normal (local or long distance) tariff.

Voice VPN

Type of VPN calls ON NET calls (Calls made within VPN group) OFF NET calls (Calls made outside the VPN group) Calls made within group are free (Unlimited) Calls made outside the group are charged as per normal tariff. Discount upto 10% is available on monthly bill of OFF NET calls.

Dialling procedure: Within group can be dialed through service access code or dialling # followed by short code (PNP) depending on the feasibility in the switch. Service access code for Voice VPN is 1801 XYZ ABCD (XYZ-SCP code, ABCD VPN number).

CENTREX Central Office based business communications service. Integrates all your multi located telephones within the city/SDCA (depends on technical feasibility of equipment) Intercom dialing. EPABX facility at customer premises without installing equipment. No maintenance cost. Internal calls are free (unlimited)

Expansion (new lines can be added)

This facility is useful for Organisations (Govt/Pvt), Public utility services such as Call Centers- Enquiry/information centers etc.) No limit to DELs in the group. Combined billing for all DELs of group is mandatory.

Feasible in EWSD / OCB 283 / 5ESS. Limitations are overcome by VPN through IN platform such as Outside the city/ Technical feasibility different switches/ combination of WLL/CMTS with LL.

Live lectures will be taken to their common hub on their network to Gurgaon.

WEB CO-LOCATION SERVICES

Data base servers of firms/companies/organizations can keep in our Internet node premises. Collocation is an easy and cost effective solution. Web-collocation eliminates much of infrastructure costs as well as maintenance costs. Their servers will be treated as a part and parcel of the ISP network enjoying all the facilities such as A/C, uninterrupted supply, security etc.

Universal Access Number service. Types are : UAN (Split charge) UAN (Full Charge) UAN (Premium)

For activation: From mobile hand set Go to Settings Call settings Call divert Divert all voice calls Activate To other number (To voice mail/ To other number) type required number (LL with STD code or Mobile number) OK ( you will receive as active for voice calls) and also in the mobile call diversion symbol will be displayed ) For deactivation: Call divert- cancel all diverts-OK.

Missed Call Alert in CMTS

On activation you will get as voice call message diversion symbol in mobile.
