- Key users should collect the data within one week upon request.

- Key users should be dedicated to the project from Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM till 5 PM especially in the Blue Print phase .

- Any Delay in the data gathering may delay the whole time schedule of the project. - Any wrong data upload to the system may cause severe error and may be irreversible
