Recommendations
Company should be more aware of employee attendance & punctuality

as they doesnt report their signing in properly and take necessary steps to resolve it.
As automation always brings errors & creates harassments, company

should have minimum manual checking system.

There should also be some paper records in order to avoid multiple

possibilities of different type of crash or system collapse.

The company should also focus on hiring highly skilled & professional

personnel in order to handle their sophisticated line of software products.
