Finished Product
Roof and barrel holding stand not complete yet . To be completed over the summer term with EPRA volunteers. We have every intention to complete the system for use. Calculating the amount of water collected from the sheds roof. 1712.82 gallons annually. Calculating the amount of water the plants need to be fully watered. 4556.24 gallons annually. More than a third of the water that the farm needs will be collected by the water catchment system per month.

Directions and Manual

The first step is collecting the rainwater by the roof top. The second step is transporting water with a downspout. The third step is storage of the water in a rain barrel. The last step is dispensing the water by hoses.

Devising a better irrigation system Using a water pump Attaching a better filter

Improvements on the shed itself aesthetics and usability. Signs or pamphlets to educate the community and encourage more improvements.
