Business description
Our plan is to get the items like circuit board, resistors, capacitors, LDRs, LEDs, and ICs etc from different manufacturers and then do the in house assembling of the integrated circuit boards. The production of the body of these gadgets will be outsourced to plastic and chip manufacturers. We will just provide them the specification we require. Our core competency will be in assembling the product and marketing it. We have to hire some workers who are good at soldering. This will ensure that our blueprints dont get copied. Uniqueness of the products.

Target customers
COOL GADGETS has identified three distinct market segments that they will target. The first segment is family home owners, typically with children, next is the single home owners and third is the youths (tech geeks). These three segments have been chosen because families with children typically have a large number of electronic devices and the upper income single home owners often adopt technology using lots of gadgets in their home. The fourth segment is commercial businesses.
