Instant fire detection and suppressing system

It is a microcontroller based system It is used mainly for BMP 2/2k vehicle It detect fire and suppress fire . It work either automatically or manually

MCU
It is AT89C51 family based microcontroller.

Its has two cards Control card

It is for system controlling.

Power supply card

Provide supply to the system.

IR DETECTOR UNIT
Eight IR detector units are used to detect the fire. It is consist of One IRD card
Contain two IR sensors : near sensor and far sensor

Connector

FIRE WIRE
NTC type wire system. It is linear thermal detector. Define for detection of over heat and fire condition. It monitors the temperature of the engine.

AUDIO VISUAL ALARM UNIT

Indicate over heat and fire . It consist of Display and audio unit Speaker Flasher Engine shut down mechanism

ALARM AND FLASHER CARD

It is a tone generator for generating fire siren It contain audio amplifier Timer NE555 Audio speaker

SQUIB CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY

Required for automatic operation of fire extinguisher. Get electrical signal from MCU. It is a actuating mechanism.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER 3.5KG BTM(HALON 1301)

Extinguish agent is BTM(HALON 1301). It consist of followimg assembly Cylinder Squib opeared valve Rupture disc Sta-kul assembly

FIRE EXTINGUISHER 2kg BCF(HALON1211)

Extinguish agent is BCF(HALON 1211). Super pressurised to 150 psi with the help of dry nitrogen. It consist following assembly Cylinder Valve adopter
