RE-HIRING POLICY

“A Leap to Endless Possibilities”


1. PURPOSE:
To establish guidelines for tahe re-hiring of individuals
who have previously been employed at
iWebmasters.com, Inc.
2. POLICY:
iWebmasters.com, Inc. may consider former
employees for employment provided the ex-employee
meets the requiremenats needed for the position for
which they apply. The reason for severance of
previous employment and the circumstances
surrounding it will be evaluated by the HR and
Recruitment Department in determining whether a
former employee is eligible for re-employment.
3. PROCEDURE:

Former employees will follow the same employment


process as other applicants. To be re-hired, the ex-
employee must be most qualified candidate for the
position. Prior work experience with iWebmasters and
familiarity with iWeb policies and procedures
and above average to excellent performance, pristine
attendance and clean disciplinary records may be a
positive consideration in determining fitness and match
with the job vacancy.
Time of eligibility to apply:

Immediate

Persons whose iWeb employment ended due to


voluntary resignation, lack of work, end of project /
contract, or restructuring of positions may apply
immediately or at any future time from the time of
separation for commensurate open positions.
Deferred

Persons who are discharged as the result of inability to


learn and perform the duties of a specific position may
apply for other open positions after a minimum of six
(6) months following discharged.

Persons who are discharged for poor performance


and/or unacceptable conduct as defined in the Code of
Conduct may, depending upon the circumstances of
their termination may apply for other open positions
after a minimum of 12 months, during which time they
must have established a positive work record
elsewhere.
Ineligible

Persons who are discharged due to serious offense


such as: theft, carrying a weapon in the office
premises, sexual harassment, violence in the
workplace, or intentional abusive treatment of or gross
negligent behavior toward a fellow employee
application for re-employment is forever prohibited.

The complete list of offenses that warrants immediate


termination of employment can be seen in the
Company’s Code of Conduct, if the severance of
employment is due to any of those offenses, the
discharged employee is forever barred to re-apply for
employment with iWebmasters and any of its affiliated
companies.
Persons who are discharged twice due to
performance or attendance issues are no longer
eligible to re-apply for employment.

Any deviation to this policy requires the special


approval of the Chief Operating Officer.
4. EFFECTIVITY AND VALIDITY

This policy shall take effect immediately after approval


and should be reviewed annually or as the need
arises.
