Your policy shouldnt be a wholly negative affair. Obviously, it needs to set out the rules for your employees online behavior. But it should also stress how, used properly, the Internet can really improve the way you do business even for something as simple as buying train tickets.

Use of Personal Information. Personal information, including names, addresses, and personal opinions, may be retained by Marketing Call Centers, or Customer Service and Warranty Call Centers for any of the following purposes:
to assist callers with obtaining marketing information; to assist callers with customer or product issues; to evaluate callers experiences with marketing programs, products, service, and sales; to comply with any requirement of law or request of a governmental authority; to return calls or follow-up with third parties to provide the caller with assistance; to keep an accurate record of calls; to train employees and improve service; and any other specific purpose explained to the caller.

9. TAKE INITIATIVE. BE AWARE AND RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF YOUR DEPARTMENT. IT IS NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY TO WAIT FOR INSTRUCTION ON ROUTINE TASKS.
10.10. USE CARE IN PERFORMING YOUR WORK. STRIVE TO MAKE YOUR DEPARTMENT RUN SMOOTHLY THROUGH CAREFUL AND ACCURATE WORK.
1 Access rules 1.1 Give employees proper training before they use the Internet. This should cover: How to use your Internet software. Your Internet policy, and how it works. Efficient use of the Internet. 1.2 Make sure employees follow your access procedures. Configure software to maximize security. Do not allow employees to change settings or use other software. Depending on the nature of your connection, employees may need to disconnect once they have finished using the Internet.
3 Web surfing
3.1 Make it clear in your policy that the web should be mainly or solely used for business purposes. Some companies ban personal use altogether. This may be the best option if you only have dial-up access to the Internet.
OTHER POLICIES:
1. Employees should be in 30 minutes before the working time. 2. Clean always your working area. 3. Observe dress code. 4. Follow break time rules
