It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership. Leadership is about solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.

Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills;

No matter how hardworking, brilliant, or good at problem solving you are, you cant do it all by yourself.

In todays world, projects are usually too big to be completed by one person, and problems are often too complex to be solved by one person.
Instead, a team of people needs to be involved. And when people work together, personalities and communication styles come into play.

Advantages Of Teamwork

1. Generates multiple ideas for solving problems, making it easier to resolve issues. 2. Provides wide pool of talents, letting members work together to complete tasks. 3. Strengthens bonds between employees and improves their job satisfaction.

Disadvantages Of Teamwork

1. Slows down the problemsolving process because of discussion and disagreements. This is particularly true when teams grow larger. As a result, deadlines may be compromised.

2. Potentially challenging for employees who prefer working alone or are not comfortable working with people with widely divergent skills and backgrounds.
