CYLINDER HEADS
70 % Output in Cylinder Heads. First in India to produce Multi cylinder heads in Low Pressure Die Casting.

Machining cylinder heads since 1993.

Approx 35000 multi cylinder heads and 15000 single cylinder heads are fully machined every month. Converted Cast Iron Cylinder Head in Aluminium with enhanced performance in technical support with AVL. Worked in close association with FEV for developing cylinder head for CNG application.

Moved to fully assembled cylinder head, Piaggio & V.M.Motori Cylinder head are supplied in fully assembled condition.
Manufacturing Petrol & Diesel Cylinder Heads. Cylinder heads with inbuilt cam bracket , cylinder heads with overhead cam shaft , CRDI Cylinder heads , etc.
