HS Scheduler confidence check

Within the BTS element manager click : Configuration BTS configuration Logical configuration

In the logical configuration click HSPA scheduler locations and ensure that all the HS active cells are present in both HSDPA and HSUPA schedulers.

Notes
Only 3UK f1 (15, 25 & 35) will not have HS active in a 3+3+3 configuration. Springy UI should be used to confirm HS is active. If a site has a master FSMB or FSMD and an extension FSME then the processing steps need to be added to the schedulers on the 2nd FSM in the commissioning. For EE sites with dual cell HS enabled you need to have frequency mapping tuned off (Row 3, column I, in the RU30 WBTS Parameter master sheet).
