Selection of a well known Industry related spokesperson to act as the Cause Ambassador whereby speaking in the name of MCF in their field of work. Local and regional experts could be also selected and housed under MCF to further spread the message across various markets for connections and public relations activities.

The new proposed identity by Quantum Group needs to be highly visible in important events and conferences, and also in formal communication documents.

This will require a Community Manager to connect and daily engage with with multiple audiences. MCF must develop enough content to spread the message across all platforms to keep the audience on constant update of their activities.

Program Description: A full fledge program that consists of identifying and helping student(s) with financial difficulties but who possess certain brilliant talent. Program Objective: Provide a financial aid or scholarship to the Talent under the name of MCF. Program Mechanics: Scouting talents across designated universities Select a number of talents depending on MCF capabilities. Provide selected talents with an internship offer, be it at MCF and/or any other corporate partner. Talents will compete according to a standardized internship program developed. Top 3 talents will be granted a financial aid to cover their university fees, and a possible junior position job offer after graduation MCFs benefit in this program: Credibility/Image building Media coverage, and partnership networking. Content development. Credentials Creating the buzz on events and online activities.
