BEST Robotics Mission Engage and excite students about engineering, science, and technology as well as inspire them to pursue careers in these fields.

STEM
Students learn to analyze and solve problems utilizing the Engineering Design Process, which helps them develop technological literacy skills. The same skills that industry seeks in its workforce.

Began in Texas in 1993 Two Texas Instrument Engineers 14 schools / 221 students Today 40 Hubs 750 schools / 11,000 students

How It Works

Open to Middle and High School --- no levels All teams are on the same LEVEL playing field Same materials Team size is up to you

6 Week Competition Kick-Off Mall Day Competition Day

Kick Off Rally Held at local Hub GA has 1 Hub Southern Polytechnic State University Rules, Arena, Supplies

5 Week PUSH

5 weeks to design, construct, program, and test your robot before Mall Day

Opportunity to test your robot in the arena Opportunity to see other teams robots Opportunity to go back and tweak your robot before competition day
