HUMAN BEINGS ARE LAZY,DISLIKE WORK & AVOID IT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. SINCE HUMAN BEINGS DISLIKE WORK ,THEY MUST BE COERCED ,CONTROLLED OR THREATENED WITH PUNISHMENT TO ACHIEVE GOALS. HUMAN BEINGS WILL AVOID RESPONSIBILITY & WANT TO BE DIRECTED WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

WORK IS AS NATURAL AS REST OR PLAY. PEOPLE WILL EXERCISE SELF-CONTROL & SELFDIRECTION IF THEY ARE COMMITTED TO THE OBJECTIVES. AN AVERAGE PERSON CAN LEARN TO ACCEPT,EVEN SEEK RESPONSIBILITY. THE ABILITY TO MAKE INNOVATIVE DECISIONS IS WIDELY SPREAD THROUGH OUT THE POPULATION.

JOB PERFORMANCE & SATISFACTION IS THE DEGREE OF EQUITY. INEQUITY OCCURS WHEN A PERSON PERCEIVES THAT THE RATIO OF HIS OR HER OUTCOMES TO INPUTS & THE RATIO OF A RELEVANT OTHERS OUTCOMES TO INPUTS ARE UNEQUAL.
