ANALYSIS
Our group has met in a total of 3 meetings. We can say that those meetings have been highly productive. On our first meeting, we have come up with a slogan, on the second meeting, we have come up with an overall look of our logo and on the third meeting, we transferred our inputs in the powerpoint.

One thing that has posed as a challenging part of the project was the coming up of a new logo. We had brainstormed on different symbols, elements and ideas on what the logo should be composed of but we didn't know how to translate it in drawing because none of us were keen or talented in drawing. Since we consider the group as a small one, we definitely think that each of us has contributed equal efforts-- physically and mentally.

During our contribution of ideas, we experienced disagreements and clashing of opinions. We realized that it hindered the progress of the project but we also realize that it was an inevitable part of working in teams. Our team members were considerably friendly to each other in a sense that we are open to the opinions that we voiced out. We remained aloof with the way we handle our meetings but to a certain extent. We remained focused on the task at hand.

In terms of misunderstandings, one would think that having a foreigner as a team member would pose as a barrier to our communication. But overall, the progress of the project making has been smooth flowing.

Even though it was our first time working together as a group, we were still able to adjust our work attitudes and work ethics with each others'. We agreed upon the equal dissemination of tasks without muh objections from team members. We are glad to have accomplished the project in a relatively good standard while keeping good relations with each other.
