NEW MANUALS

Ideal for Pumps

Pre-charge function (Pr.760 to Pr. 769)

This function is to drive the motor at a certain speed before starting PID

control The motor is operated at Pr. 127 PID control automatic switchover frequency at start until a pre-charge ending condition is satisfied PID control starts after a pre-charge ending condition is satisfied This function is useful for a pump with a long hose Without this function, PID control would start before the pump is filled with water, and proper control would not be performed Pre-charge function is also valid for a start after the PID output suspension (SLEEP). PID output suspension (SLEEP) function is not performed until the pre-charge operation ends

Ideal for Pumps

Pre-charge Operation (Pr.761)

When the measured amount reaches the pre-charge ending level

Ideal for Pumps

Pre-charge Operation (Pr. 762)

When the elapsed time reaches the pre-charge ending time

Ideal for Pumps

Pre-charge Operation
When the signal is input to end the pre-charge operation

Detection for current input (Pr. 573, Pr. 777, Pr. 778)

Detection for current input (Pr. 573, Pr. 777, Pr. 778)

Second PID function (Pr.753 to Pr. 758, Pr.765 to Pr.769)

Possible to exchange the PID control loop by the RT terminal.

Direct setting for PID set-point

Easy to change the PID set-point with the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01). Direct setting menu is displayed by the one button (FUNC button).

Ideal for Fans and Pumps

Unit Indicator for PID Control

Possible to exchange the PID control loop by the RT terminal. Possible to change the unit indicator for the PID monitors and PID parameters on the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01). Ex. PSI(Pound-force per Square Inch) GPM(Gallon per Minute) CFM(Cubic Feet per Minute)

Ideal for Fans and Pumps

Three line selectable monitor

Possible to display the value of the selected monitor at the three line monitors. The parameter unit (FR-PU07-01) is required.

Operation key and operation mode indication

The operation key and the operation mode indication of the parameter unit (FR-PU07-01) are HAND and AUTO.

Ideal for Fans and Pumps

Built-in PLC
Ability to create custom control programs
- 4K steps of memory

- Download pre-configured pump functions

Ideal for Fans and Pumps

Two Option Ports Permitted

Expand available I/O points such as digital inputs and outputs, Form C relays and analog

Only one Comm. Card at a time Two of the same I/O Cards not permitted

Reminders

Energy Savings Easy to Observe

The effect of energy savings can be confirmed using the operation panel, output terminal (AM, CA terminal) and via networks with the newly developed energy saving monitor .

Reminders

PID sleep function

Possible to reduce energy consumption in the low-efficiency, low-speed range. (Sleep function)

Multiple motors control

Advanced PID function can control multiple motors (4 motors maximum).

Possible to control by switching between the inverter-driven operation and commercial powerdriven operation.

NEXT STEPS

Controlled Testing of Flux Optimization
