Virtual Classroom is a collection of free educational

activities and resources. It aims to complete the efforts of government(at global level) and educators around the world to integrate technology into their classroom and to link their schools/colleges to the internet in educationally productive ways. VC is to empower, enable, and connect students around the world using internet technology.

It provides students :
(1) positive and enjoyable environment (2) opportunity to develop skills that are essential in

this century : (i) cross cultural communication (ii) team work (iii) information technology (iv)website design .

 Education using internet.

Often refers to cyber schools or higher education .

Various Virtual Universities have been developed. Facilitates real time communication.

Acceptance and employment in broader culture.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM live teacher instruction , real time voice interaction , breakout sessions (improves interaction with teacher and classmates). HYPERTEXT COURSES material is electronic and can be viewed on a browser. VIDEO BASED COURSES face to face classroom courses(ppts, videos). AUDIO BASED COURSES sound tract of lecturer is provided.
