LIMITATIONS

Time was a major constraint in preparation of this project. The study is limited to information collected from secondary data. The study was conducted on employees belonging to executive level and team managers. Due to this confinement, interaction with top management level and below executive level employees was not possible. Consequently, opportunity to gather views of all employees was missed. Due to lack of time, some areas could not have been adequately covered in the study. Through random personal interviews, however, this limitation was sorted out to some extent. The survey sample is taken from most of the Industrial Employees.

CONCLUSIONS

Employees are highly illiterates but they do the job very well. The performance of the organization are totally depends on industrial employees. Non industrial employees support the industrial employee to do the job in the factory. Almost all time employee of the organization can achieve their business goals. The effect of illiteracy does not play an important role in factory. The employer literacy plays an important role in organization. The government is taking necessary steps to reduce the illiteracy rates by providing different types of programs. Government is also providing abroad visits, industrial visits, seminars and conference to the employers so that they can perform very well in the organization.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Those who know the technical work and they have good education they get the job. At the time of recruitment they recruit only those people whose have knowledge and skill means they can read, write and speak very well. We can reduce illiteracy from the employees by providing free books to employees and by giving night classes to the employees. The training should be made more interactive and personal attention to can trainee is also required. Should be thought what is practically required in his/her work Partiality should be avoided in the organization.. To reduce the illiteracy from the organization we have to provide night classes to all illiterate employees. Improve the process of time management.

The feelings of satisfaction can be made better by making more employees friendly especially for the non-executive population. The interaction between the employees and employer should be strong and employees follow their decision and do the job accordingly, this will be happens only when employee are literate.
