You have the right to jubilate over all

these. Nothing wrong. The problem is

We have every cause to jubilate

according to Psalm 103:1-5. In the preceding Psalm(102), the Psalmist presented the things that distressed him to the Lord. He spoke of his personal needs and concerns for his country.

Psalm 103
Psalm 103 is the counterpoint to

Psalm 102. It talks about Gods blessings on him personally and that of the nation. He begins by calling on himself to praise the Lord and ends by inviting the earth to join in praise of the mighty and loving God
