Im a 3rd year PhD student at the Seoul National University College of Medicine. For the past 3 years I have been working the Radiological Imaging Lab. Here, Ive been studying how to combine advanced CT scanners with 3D visualization techniques to allow fully 3D vascular assessment in a less invasive manner than conventional angiography. The research I am going to talk about today builds upon my previous research combing CT scanning software and technologies to identify the existence of pulmonary nodules. Many of the concepts developed in this previous research are expanded and developed in my current research in 3D angiography.
