angels are represented as flying in the midst of heaven, proclaiming to the world a message of warning, and having a direct bearing upon the people living in the last days of this earths history. No one hears the voice of these angels, for they are a symbol to represent the people of God who are working in harmony with the universe of heaven. Men and women, enlightened by the Spirit of God and sanctified through the truth, proclaim the three messages in their order. {2SM 387.1}"
In a special sense Seventh-day Adventists have been set in the world as watchmen and light bearers. To
them has been entrusted the last warning for a perishing world. On them is shining wonderful
light from the Word of God. They
have been given a work of the most solemn import--the proclamation of the first, second, and third angels' messages. There is no other work of so great importance. They are to allow nothing else to

our work is to benefit our fellow-men, we are not to travel over the track of opponents to the truth, but to
sound the message of the third angel, who is flying in the midst of
heaven, proclaiming the note of warning, the commandments of God, and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

What is this Everlasting Gospel ? This gospels is called VICTORY OF SINthat as Christian we can live a sinless and perfect live by the indwelling power of Christ

The Saviour came to glorify the Father by the demonstration of His love; so the Spirit was to glorify Christ by revealing His grace to the world. When we submit ourselves to Christ, the heart is united with His heart, the will is merged in His will, the mind becomes one with His mind, the thoughts are brought into captivity to Him; we live His life. This is what
His righteousness. Then as the Lord looks upon us He sees, not the fig-leaf garment, not the nakedness and deformity of sin, but His own robe of righteousness, which is perfect obedience to the law of Jehovah.

The final demonstration of what the gospel can do in and for humanity is still in the future. Christ showed the way. He took a human body, and in that body demonstrated the power of God. Men are to follow His example and prove that what God did in Christ, He can do in every human being who submits to Him. The world is awaiting this demonstration. (Romans 8: 19) When it has been accomplished, the end will come. God will have fulfilled His plan. He will have shown Himself true and Satan a liar. His government will stand vindicated.

In all of our Christian experience we have left little loopholes along here and there for sin. We have never dared to come to that place where we would believe that the Christian life should be a sinless life. We have not dared to believe it or preach it. But in that case we Ellet J. In Jesus Christ as He was in sinful flesh, God has demonstrated before the universe that He can so take possession of sinful flesh as to manifest His own presence, His power, and His glory, instead of sin manifesting itself. . .

Then God will so take us, and so use us, that our sinful selves shall not appear to influence or affect anybody; but God will manifest His righteous self, His glory, before men, in spite of all ourselves and our sinfulness. . . And that is the mystery of God, Christ in you, the hope of glory,God manifest in sinful flesh.
The Saviour took upon Himself the infirmities of humanity and LIVED A SINLESS LIFE, that men might have no fear that because of the weakness of human nature they could not overcome. Christ came to make us "partakers of the divine nature," and His life declares that HUMANITY, COMBINED WITH DIVINITY, DOES NOT COMMIT SIN. THE MINISTRY OF HEALING, P. 180.

Perfection, perfection of character, is the Christian goalperfection attained in human flesh in this world. Christ attained it in human flesh in this world, and thus made and Alonzo T. Jones consecrated a way (1850 1923) by which, in Him, every believer can attain it .

But before probation ends, there will be a people so complete in Him that in spite of their sinful flesh, they will live sinless lives. They will live sinless lives in mortal flesh, because He who has demonstrated that Ellet J. Waggoner He has power over all flesh (1855 1916) lives in themlived a sinless life in sinful flesh.
Higher than the highest human thought can reach is God's ideal for His children. Godliness godlikenessis the goal to be reached.

No one who truly loves and fears God will continue to transgress the law in any particular. When man transgresses he is under the condemnation of the law, and it becomes to him a yoke of
"None need fail of attaining, in his sphere, to perfection of Christian character. By the sacrifice of Christ provision has been made for the believer to receive all things that pertain to life and godliness. God calls upon us to reach the standard of perfection, and places before us the example of Christs character. Acts of the Apostles, p. 531.
In His humanity, perfected by a life of constant resistance of evil, the Savior showed that through cooperation with divinity, human beings may in this life attain to perfection of character. This is God's assurance to us that we too may obtain complete victory." Acts of the Apostles, p. 531.

Fear God (...).
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18
First, each inhabitant of the earth is called to fear God.
This fear is not of the kind described in the second verse, synonymous with anguish, distress and dread.
This fear is, rather, the expression of deep respect towards our Almighty God.
Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you. 1 Sam 12:24
There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed [shunned] evil. Job 1:1
Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him. (DEUTERONOMY 8:6) You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice, and you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him. (DEUTERONOMY 13:4) They have not been humbled, to this day, nor have they feared; they have not walked in My law or in My statutes that I set before you. (JEREMIAH 44:10) Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. (ECCLESIASTES 12:13)

FEAR GOD
What does it mean to fear the Lord ? 1 John 4:18 King James Version (KJV) 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. God asks us to fear Him by putting all His commandments into practice, because He knows that this is the only way leading to happiness.

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Cor 6:20
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor 10:31)
It cannot be to the glory of God for His children to have sickly bodies or dwarfed minds.

The controlling power of APPETITE will prove the ruin of thousands, when, IF THEY HAD CONQUERED ON THIS POINT, they would have had moral power to GAIN THE VICTORY OVER EVERY OTHER TEMPTATION OF SATAN. But those who are SLAVES TO APPETITE WILL FAIL IN PERFECTING CHRISTIAN CHARACTER. The continual transgression of man for six thousand years has brought sickness, pain, and death as its fruits. Again and again I have been shown that God is trying to lead us back, step by step, to His original designthat man should subsist upon the natural products of the earth. Among those who are waiting for the coming of the Lord, meat-eating will eventually be done away; flesh will cease to form a part of their diet. We should ever keep this end in view, and endeavor to work steadily toward it. Mar 62.6
Let the diet reform be progressive. Let the people be taught how to prepare food without the use of milk and butter. Tell them that the time will soon come when there will be no safety in using eggs, milk, cream, or butter, because disease in animals is increasing in proportion to the increase of wickedness among men. The time is near when, because of the iniquity of the fallen race, the whole animal creation will groan under the diseases that curse our earth. {TSDF 13.5}
There is no safety in eating of the flesh of dead animals, and in a short time the milk of the cows will also be excluded from the diet of God's commandment-keeping people. Worship
Revelation14:7worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
In this first angel's message, we are called upon to worship our Creator who also formed this earth. There are other Bible texts which call for us to do the same, Jeremiah 10:11,12; Psalms 95:3-6, Revelation 4:1011, and most importantly Exodus 20:8-11 "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. . . For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it." In this message of judgment, we are called upon to worship the Creator, who also created the Sabbath day. Note how the Sabbath has a part in salvation, "Moreover also I gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between Me and the, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them" Ezekiel 20:12.
John 17:4 & Ps 50:23, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.
Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; and to him who orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of God What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
By watching over our deeds, words, and even our thoughts, in order to always keep them in harmony with God's will, we give glory to God continuously, and thus we obey the message of the first angel.
By giving glory to God in this way, we will be transformed into His image, and we will reflect His glory more and more in our lives.
2 Cor 3:18 & 2 Tim 4 :18

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom.

Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Exodus 20:8-11(KJV) 8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
How do we know which day is
Now, why must we fear God and give glory to Him?

For the hour of His judgment has come. Indeed, at present, the case of each believer is being judged in the heavenly sanctuary, in order to determine the genuineness of each conversion. And the supreme basis of this judgment is God's law.
Those who are living upon the earth when the intercession of Christ shall cease in the sanctuary above are to stand in the sight of a holy God without a mediator. Their robes must be spotless, their characters must be purified from sin by the blood of sprinkling. Through the grace of God and their own diligent effort they must be conquerors in the battle with evil. While the investigative judgment is going forward in heaven, while the sins of penitent believers are being removed from the sanctuary, there is to be a special work of purification, of putting away of sin, among God's people upon earth. This work is more clearly presented in the messages of Revelation 14. When this work shall have been accomplished, the followers of Christ will be ready for His appearing. {GC 425.1}
Since 1844, the judgment of the believers has caused the names of those who aren't really converted to be blotted out from the Lamb's Book of Life.

The Vatican II Council issued recommendations on liturgy the singing, prayers, congregational responses, and Scripture readings that make up a church service. These directives discussed ways to incorporate the whole church community in the service, making them more involved in worship procedures.
Churches were encouraged to shift away from traditional sermons that exhort and equip and instead concentrate on the cursory reading of extracts from the Psalms and Gospels. They were instructed to replace traditional hymns with popular music, modern musical instruments, and physical movement of the congregation. The work of this angel comes in at the right time to join in the last great work of the third angel's message as it swells to a loud cry. The forty and two months are the same as the "time and times and the dividing of time," three years and a half, or 1260 days, of Daniel 7-- the time during which the papal power was to oppress God's people. This period, as stated in preceding chapters, began with the supremacy of the papacy, A.D. 538, and terminated in 1798. At that time the pope was made captive by the French army, the papal power received its deadly wound, and the prediction was fulfilled, "He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity." {Great Controversy, p. 439}
The apostle Paul warned the church not to look for the coming of Christ in his day... Not till after the great apostasy, and the long period of the reign of the "man of sin," can we look for the advent of our Lord. The "man of sin," which is also styled "the mystery of iniquity," "the son of perdition," and "that wicked," represents the papacy, which, as foretold in prophecy, was to maintain its supremacy for 1260 years
This period ended in 1798. The coming of Christ could not take place before that time. Paul covers with his caution the whole of the Christian dispensation down to the year 1798. It is this side of that time that the message of Christ's second coming is to be proclaimed But since 1798 the book of Daniel has been unsealed, knowledge of the prophecies has increased, and many have proclaimed the solemn message of the judgment near. {Great Controversy, p. 356}

WHAT IS THE IMAGE TO THE BEAST? The Papacy is not merely a church, but a combination of church and state. This is the very essence of the Papal system. The church used the arm of the state to enforce its dogmas, often resulting in the punishing and martyrdom of so called heretics. According to this amazing prophecy, America will take the lead in creating an image or replica of the Papal system in the time before the end of the world. The image to the beast can be likened to a person looking in a mirror and seeing his reflected image. It is not him in reality, but it is his exact image. So here we see a reflection of the Papacy in apostate Protestantism. There will be a repudiation of everything Protestantism ever stood for in the promotion of religious liberty. The state will be employed to enforce religious laws and the rights of individual conscience will be sacrificed on the altar of conformity.

Perhaps the boldest thing, the most revolutionary change the Church ever did, happened in the first century. The holy day, the Sabbath, was changed from Saturday to Sunday. "The Day of the Lord" (dies Dominica) was chosen, not from any directions noted in the Scriptures, but from the Church's sense of its own power. The day of resurrection, the day of Pentecost, fifty days later, came on the first day of the week. So this would be the new Sabbath.
