At the beginning of the year 2014, there will be only one store, but our goal is to expand our business both locally (by opening new stores) and nationally in the near future. Given our openness towards the Western border we would be also interested in working with companies abroad.
Our main clients are rather other companies, both legal or natural persons who need, want and are willing to buy our goods. For any company, the customer is always priority number one. In the world of trade only those who know how to attract new customers and to keep the old ones and get them to buy as many products succeed. Our prospective customers are people of all ages, ranging from 5 year-old children to older people. However, the target market consists of people aged between 14 and 50 years old.
Of course, most products are bought by clients not only for immediate consumption, but also to be served at different events such as: weddings, birthdays, meetings. Plan and techniques in attracting clients: Our main plan in attracting clients is to inform natural or legal persons and companies, that we sell high quality traditional, organic products. Another plan in making new customers is to present and give promotions and offers which our company provides to clients in a large number.

SWOT ANALYSIS:

Threats: Reduction of real income and consumer consumption strong growth of competition variation between the quality of raw materials and their inappropriate price
Therefore, each month we will donate 300 RON to the Orphanage no. 2 Oradea, located on 13 Feldioarei Street and 300 RON to Petiorul Auriu House, located on 31 Averescu Street. These centers have under protection a large number of abandoned children and also children with disabilities that need to be supported in integrating into society and gaining an independent lifestyle. In these circumstances, the state provides 10% reduction for the income tax. Nowadays, more and more companies focus not only on the pleasant appearance but also on the warranty period to be as long as it can be. Therefore, PANEMAR is one step against these companies because it uses organic products, representing a great advantage for human health. Selling organic products is certainly a special idea compared to the competitors ideas.
DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES: Given the economic situation that our country is going through right now, the future of our companys development goals aim to maintain the business market and to generate revenues to cover costs. One of the main objectives is to expand business locally and nationally. At the same time,we are planning to hire people with disabilities in the following 2 years, so this action involves receiving subsidies granted by the state. In this way, our company will bring an important contribution to social environment.
