A. Observation / Demonstration in performing a practical project. This may be done in an Assessment Center or in an actual industry setting. Oral questioning accompanies this process, especially when assessor needs to verify the knowledge & skills of the candidate. Knowledge Tests: 1. Oral questions on the basic competencies are employed for Level I & II 2. Written tests will be given in Level III to V on some generic competencies and core competencies involving management or supervisory functions.
