You receive a boarding pass on your first visit LEVEL 1, you earn points by frequent trips. Food, beverage and merchandise purchases will receive discounts based on your level. The more you use your card will depend on your level. The highest level will have special perks on the train. Your card acts as a credit card during each of your trips with a one tab close out prior to debarking. Your card can be used at Hotel and Casinos for a variety of amenities and discounts. The average American today is a member of 15 loyalty programs. Already more than one in four members prefers to access a given loyalty program via mobile.

 RMS Mechanical Management is essential to successful daily operations and your bottom line. We plan maintenance cycles for the long term health and reliability of your cars and locomotives. MRO Manage, Repair, Operate for passenger operations is planned and executed on a daily basis for your assets. We can put together a plan for all of your operating assets and integrate break down maintenance into servicing slots and parts required for daily maintenance. Sourcing Management for parts, monitoring repeating failures, sourcing improved parts, keeping required inventories on hand and in the pipeline, and auditing inventories for correct measurement are an important part of an efficient operation. We can provide the technology, planning, and execution for this important MRO requirement.

Mechanical

 RMS provides engineering planning, monitoring, and execution of maintenance plans for your facilities. We will do an assessment of your facilities and compile a complete plan for the sub roadbed up to the top of the station on how to schedule and perform maintenance. We will integrate unplanned maintenance operations for electrical, plumbing, sewer, HVAC so that you know it is being handled efficiently to keep operations moving and at the lowest cost possible. RMS will do a green assessment of your properties to develop the best plan to go green and lower your facility operating costs. RMS can provide architectural services to complement our rail engineering services for the entire package of maintenance services for your facilities.

Maintenance

 RMS provides security management on trains, in stations, and in our Network Operations Center for your operations. RMS trains experienced security personnel in passenger rail focused techniques and requirements to provide effective pre-boarding and on-train security. We will plan and execute a security plan for your stations and facilities. RMS will integrate security technology in stations, on-train, and facilities to provide you with the ability to monitor 24 X 7 to protect your assets, passengers, and personnel. RMS will provide trained dogs for bomb and drug screening as your needs require.

Security

 RMS Network Operations Center provides monitoring and execution of your operations based on your operating needs. We can provide service in the following areas:
Train Dispatching Operations Monitoring Real Time with patch through to Class 1 Railroads and Amtrak Weather Monitoring for storm warnings and operations planning to act instead of react in these potentially dangerous situations Reporting channels to local authorities-fire, police, sheriff, highway patrol, Coast Guard, Federal Railroad Administration, and National Transportation Safety Board as examples.
