PHYSICAL HEALTH is an essential part of someones overall health which includes everything ranging from physical fitness to overall

wellness.

HEALTH
is a stable of a complete well-being thus physical health makes an individual mechanically fit to carry out his daily activities without any problem is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being.

HEALTH EXAMINATION
is given to check the real status of the body. it is a process done by the medical officials in the school or in the compony.

VISION TEST
this is done using the Snellen Test. it is given to assure the effectiveness of performance without the hindranc of having vision problems.

HEARING TEST

defects in hearing is normally detected by this test. it is done by using some materials which produced sounds.

DENTAL TEST
done by dentists. dental inspections are done to check on dental illness. toothaches or any dental problem is also a hindrance to effective performance.

MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS
this test should be given importance. this is performed by medical school doctors by getting the basic physical and health information to analyze the physical condition of the person.

PULSE RATE
it is done by putting the index and middle finger near the wrist or the galanggalanganor the pulsuhan

If the pulse rate is below or above the standard or normal pulse rate, the person must be suffering from a heart disease If diagnosed properly, one can prevent serious problem regarding heart failure.

it is done to check if the person is suffering from a health problem.

MENTAL HEALTH
is defined as the ability of a person to accept the realities in his life. It allows him to accept the totality of his personality, no matter what it is. it involves the capacity of the person to troubleshoot some problems which affect his life or the life of other people or organization to which he belongs to.

HEREDITARY FACTOR hereditary as the process of transferring traits from the parents to its offsprings, these traits are bought about by their parents. hereditary traits can be physical or non-physical.

PHYSICAL FACTORS
this is one of the most common factor of a poor mental health condition. poor nourishment resulted to poor physical health and greatly affects the mental condition of a person.

SOCIO-CULTURAL FACTOR
the environment or the surrounding of a person affects the attitudes or behavior of a person.

a person with a healthy body will also tend to have a healthy mind (this healthy body and healthy mind will allow a person to work effectively).

INTELLIGENCE
some people are equipped with natural intelligence and talent.

FAMILY
basic unit of the society. it is the greater responsibility on the personality development of a child.

TRAINING AND MORAL UPBRINGING

childhood experiences whether good or bad, can affect a persons parent behavior.
