AL-QADAR

Sovereignty of the Devine Will

Definition
Allah is the Controller and Regulator of his Universe. He knows the present, the past and the future of every creature. The destiny of every creature is already known to Him. "Verily, We have created all things with Qadar." (54:49)
)( 2. it is He who created all things, and ordered them In due proportions. (25:2) )( 38.and the command of Allah is a Decree determined. (33:38)

Some Misconceptions About Qadar

Some people say, Every thing is in hands of Allah completely. Man has no option. Whatever he is doing, whether right or wrong, is from the will of Allah totally." This concept is called Jabar (Forced) According to them, man just acts like an actor in this world . They refer 10 different kind of verses from the Holy Quran, to support their concept.

Some Misconceptions About Qadar

Apart from this concept, there are some people who criticize their concept and say, If man has no free will then it will be useless to punish or reward the human beings for heir deeds. and they say, Allah has given a free hand to man to fulfill his desires, ambitions and wishes. They are called Qaddriia or Mautazila

Freedom of will
They both are wrong. Because they both are dependant on Excess and Omission. Between these is another concept that is based on pure Islamic ideology. That is Allah has not created human beings powerless, Allah Almighty has given them a full option to choose among good and bad.

Types of Taqdeer
Taqdeer has two main types. Taqdeer-e-Muallaq One action is dependant on other e.g. Means if you work hard you will get Success, & if not you can never! Taqdeer-e-Mubram Only Allah knows the ultimate result of every action of man.

What is the need for Taqdeer? and Why it is kept Hidden?


First thing that should be clear is that, the knowledge on which the benefits of man is dependant is not hidden. And if something is kept secret, it is due to some wisdom. Man does not have ability and capacity to explore the knowledge of Allah. It creates a confidence on the Allah Almighty which ultimately makes him modest.

Conclusion
Fate -Taqdeer 1. Allah has the knowledge of everything before its creation. 2. Allah has given human beings the willpower and the ability of doing good or bad. 3. Allah's knowledge of what good or bad one would do even before one is created is called TAQDEER or FATE.

4. All favors are by Allah's will alone and no misfortune can happen except by the will of Allah. 5. Therefore we should not despair over any misfortune or boast over any favor. This teaches us that we should he thankful to Allah for his favors and patient over any misfortune.
