6. Do you think that they feel comfortable doing the job during late hours of night?

More than 80% of the people feel no. Some of the students have expressed a deep regret regarding their situation. Working late night in winters is especially inhuman.

Except a Few who feel they have been accustomed and they are fine serving students.
Many people feel that they do it for money ,food and to survive. Comfort is secondary option for them. Among all these about 5% people arent sure and some 4% people feel that question is irrelevant.

7. Beside education, what do you think the child is missing in his childhood?

A balanced response from everyone. However most common and a few specific responses were: Playtime School life Funtime Parents care Friends & Peer interaction

Curiosity is killed
Good nutrition and health, mental stimulation This is their age of exploring new things around themselves which they are missing. Carefree attitude, Extracurricular activities, Civilized Behavior.
