To write this mini thesis, the writer is using deductive method based on theoretical framework that pulled a hypothetical conclusion which is proven through empirical available data

The research area is the cooperation done by Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore as the coastal countries to protect marine environment in the straits of Malacca from 1990 - 2012.
