Gain Access to a Multinational Organization operating in Peshawar, Pakistan

Research its history/background using internet, organizations documents, talking to employees using formal/informal interviews and/or discussion boards.
History should consist of MNEs conception, growth, how it started engaging in IB, its worldwide operations/branches etc. and then starting its operations in Pakistan and then Peshawar

Research and apply all issues studied in IB in class to the Peshawar branch such as: Operational issues faced in establishing Peshawar branch (establishment, HR induction, HR policies and criteria such as promotion etc., raw material, production plant (if applicable), market(ing) issues, promotional issues, religious issues, environmental issues, cultural issues faced (and how solved), centralized/decentralized operations and decision making, safety/security, Organizational policies, Political issues faced (and solved how), legal issues faced (and solved how), Geographic issues (if any), Anything else that is interesting about the organization or some issue.

Report

Write a report of 3000 words +-10%

The report should be written using technical functional/academic English with no grammatical or spelling mistakes (use spell check!) All information that is used in the report must properly be referenced using APA style (used by IMS), use both in-text and end of text referencing. Dont forget Bibliography at the end! The report should start off with an introduction, followed by the main body of the report where you present your argument/points etc., finishing off nicely with a conclusion

Use 12 point font Times New Roman, paragraph spacing 1.5, Headings 16 font size, Sub heading 14 font size Title page and acknowledgment page!
