Ingram changes to Link Product Load

The Product Load of Ingram items to staples link is similar to the product load of any other wholesaler currently in process.

Ingram SKUs are made as Non Catalog Proprietary Items in Link. (Item Type 2)

Robot Job CIPRODSYS

The Robot Job which is used to do a product load to Link is
CIPRODSYS. This Job is submitted everyday at 18.00 hours EST except Thursday in 30S Environment due to cosmos backup.

The Robot Job for product load in production (sunrise) is

CITRANSFER which is submitted everyday at 22:45.

The Initial program that is being called from the Robot Job is
CIPRODXFER.

SKUs ( New Program)

Program CI1384 Update Link Syndication Date for Wholesaler SKU Summary

This Program is used to update the Link Syndication Date(MRSDTE) in the

Merchant Review File(SFMRITM).

The Link Syndication Date will determine if the item has been syndicated
to link by merchant review tool or not.

The program logic is if an Ingram item is present in the SKU Update

holding file (SF1376H) and not present in the Previous night's SKU Update holding file(SF1376H1) then it is considered as a new item.
current date in the Merchant Review File SFMRITM.

If it is a new item update the Syndicate to Link Field(MRSDTE) with the If the SKU exists in the Previous night's SKU Update holding

file(SF1376H1) and not present in the SKU Update holding file (SF1376H) then it is considered as a deleted item. the SFMRITM file.

If it is a deleted item update the Syndicate to Link(MRSDTE) with zeros in

Program CI1384 Update Link Syndication Date for Wholesaler SKUs

This Program is called in the product load stream from the program
SF1376CL. Job LINK_SYND will be submitted from SF1376CL which calls the program CI1384. The Job queue is SFNEPQ The Robot Job is CIPRODXF.

A new Field W5WSLRID( Wholesaler ID) is being added to the

SF1376H File.

This field is populated from the file SF1376WS(Wholesaler

Summarized Item File ) from the field W9WSLRID in the program SF1331.

File SF1376H1 Previous Nights SKU Update Holding File.

A new Field H5WSLRID( Wholesaler ID) is being added to the

SF1376H1 File.

This field is populated from the file SF1376WS(Wholesaler

Summarized Item File ) from the field W9WSLRID in the program SF1331.

This field gets populated when the file SF1376H is copied into the
file SF1376H1 when a partial product load is done.

File SF1376WS Wholesaler Summarized Item File.

A new Field W9WSLRID( Wholesaler ID) is being added to the

SF1376WS File.

This field is populated from the file SFWITM(Wholesaler Item File )

from the field WIWSLR in the program SF1336.

Program SF1331(Rules to exclude items from the SFWITM file) Changes

A 2 byte Wholesaler ID is loaded to the Field W5WSLRID in the

SF1376H File in the subroutine Load1376H

The wholesaler id is added to the record 'Stpl_catentry_ext: in the

program SF1376 when data is written into SF1376O.

This is used by staples link to identify the wholesaler for an item

that is being sent.

Program SF1336(Build Wholesaler Sku Usage File - Daily) Changes

A 2 byte Wholesaler ID is loaded to the Field W9WSLRID in the

SF1376WS File from the field WIWSLR in the SFWITM File in the subroutine Load1376H.

The Mini Gate Logic is added in this program to send only the items
in SFECCT File to Staples Link. Staples Link will not add an item to SFECCT File if there is no proper content( Such as description, Images etc ).

The Item is checked if it is Ingram Item. This is performed by

checking the Wholesaler Id of the Item in the Generic Wholesaler Array.

If the item is a Ingram Item, check if the item is in the SFECCT File.
If not present in SFECCT File do not send this item to Staples Link.

SF1376 - Write the Product refresh file to be FTPed

In the Subroutine SKULOD Wholesaler ID is added in building the

tmprec field which builds the 'Stpl_catentry_ext: Record sent to Link. that is being sent.

This is used by staples link to identify the wholesaler for an item In the subroutine WriteCatRecs the SKU is checked in the

SFSKCN(SKU on Contract Pricing File). As this file contains all the Ingram SKUs with - (IM1-) and during the product Load Process we have all the Ingram SKUs without a -(IM1) we are checking the cross reference file(SFWXRF) to get the IM1- Version of the SKU to check against the SFSKCN File and later we convert the SKU back to IM1.

Program SF1376CL - CL to run the product update program

Submit the Job LINK_SYND which calls the program CI1384 in

SFNEPQ.

This is done to Update the Syndication to Link Date in the

Merchant Review File SFMRITM.
