A. Name of the Enterprise

Washing Well Laundry. The idea comes from the fact that the common term wishing well describes well where it was thought that any spoken wish would be granted. Similarly, our way of satisfying our customers is through granting their need to have dirt-free clothing.

Type of Business Organization

The proposed project will adopt the single proprietorship form of business organization due to the several reasons. First, there are only a small number of people involved in the operation. Second, only small amount of capital is needed to commence such project.

The proposed location is at Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. The said location is along the barangay road where majority of the boarders and residents reside.

 The area measures 28 sq meter. The rates of renting the place range from 5,000php to 7,000php a month since it is located on the main road.

C. Description of the Project

is intended for the residents of the six barangays namely; Mabini Homesite, Mabini Extension, Caridad Village, Villa Ofelia, Magsaysay District, Quezon District, and Dicarma. Washing Well significantly acts as a helper for the people who does not have enough time to do the laundry. Is basically to help the residents lessen their workload and ensure that their clothes are clean In that case, a laundry shop is the answer to the need for clean clothes in less time, less cost and less effort.

D. Highlights of the Project

The proposed project is about putting up a laundry shop. It will be named Washing Well Laundry Shop and shall be located at Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan. The project will be in a form of sole-proprietorship type of business organization. The proponents have chosen this form since the project does not require huge capital or resources to begin.

The feasibility of the proposed project is seen on its marketability. The target market of the proposed project is dissected into the following, households and boarders. According to the survey, boarders can be students, employees and other professionals temporarily residing in the city.

Promotion
Washing Well Laundry Shop will serve a high quality standard of service in terms of cleanliness and smell of precious clothes and other garments with affordable price. It will use fliers and tarpaulins as the means of promoting the service.

The laundry shop will provide steady source of income that eventually improve the standards of living of the employees that will affect the growth of the economy.

Environmental impact
We have to make that the operation of our business does not give harm to environment. Since our business use chemical substance like soap, which mixed to the water we used. We have to treat every liter of water we throw out.

Conclusions and Recommendation

The market study determined the demand for the service through the thorough research on the residents of six barangays. The study conducted revealed the demand for the product and enabled the group to come up with an efficient marketing program that will support the viability of the business in its first stages of operation and expected to last in the long- run. Generally, Washing Well Laundry Shop is seen to be feasible upon studying its location, market demand and the factors affecting the market. It is recommended that an extensive study for other aspects of the business feasibility is conducted and the execution of the marketing program developed accords to what really satisfies the market.
