• Greenfield Project – responsible with the building and progress of works for building a new
Alstom factory for electric power supply in Bucharest, administration and auxiliary buildings
and warehouses adding up to 35.000 built – up square meters, amounting to more than

20 mil. euro. Particularities of the contract: Greenfield type, integration of technological
designing and factory (workshop) processes in the design of building works, work – space
optimization depending on the technological processes, intelligent solutions for specialized
work space integration (X – ray, blasting), correlation / optimization of special basement for
heavy tools and machinery with the supporting basement of production workshops and heavy
travelling cranes.
• Responsible with the progress of the contract for rehabilitation of fly ash collecting device
from Termica Suceava – mechanical part and civil works. Contract specifics: making a
4000 m3 silo by the concrete iron structure sliding.
