Every organization has the own goal for achievement of the
objective they needed man, machine, money and material for better
utilization of all resources including human resource training is essential.
Organization was enhanced both skill and unskilled employee on
the same time skilled employee could not require any assistant or training
for doing the work but were has unskilled employee frequently needed
training programmes from the employer.



MEANING OF TRAINIG
It is a process of increasing the required knowledge,
skill and abilities to perform particular job.


DEFINITION OF TRAINING
Dule s. beach define the Training as the organized
procedure by which people learn knowledge and skill for a
definite purpose.

INTRODUCTION
RUDSET institution was established in the year of 1982 in the
place of ujire. Founder of Padmabushana Dr.D.Veerendra
heggade, he is the president of RUDSET institution.
14 States and 27 branches of RUDSET institution in all over the
India.
In the year of 1992 was started in Mysore RUDSET institute.
B.J.Anantha padmanabha he is the Director of RUDSET institute
hinkal, Mysore-571130

OBJECTIVES OF RUDSE INSTITUTION
Identify ,orient, motivate, train and assist the rural
youth to take up self employment venture as an
alternative career.
To take up research and development activities in
entrepreneurship and rural development.

RUDSET institution is working hard o give self
employment training programmers to convert the unemployee into
employee.
Till now 2.4 lakes of youth were trained in which 1.70 lakes
trainees have settled in their life.
It is create awareness on self employee and also conducting
several programmers for the training of unemployee youths and also
provide financial assistance through commercial banks for their further
development
IT build confidence in trainees to become a self dependent.
